All of our products are located and shipped from within Australia. The location of our warehouses can vary based on stock levels and demand; products are kept within either Victoria or New South Wales. For full transparency, our products are not made in Australia and are generally made in China, this ensures you get useful products at the best possible prices. 

We do accept returns. For us to accept a return, there must be evidence to show how the product is faulty. Otherwise, it may be difficult in getting a refund. However, we are flexible in ensuring that your return request is accepted.

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, and any of the Buy Now Pay Later methods listed on our product pages.

Yes, all orders placed in Australia come with fast and free delivery Australia wide.

Sometimes orders may be delayed, if this is the case and you are wondering where your order is, first read our ‘Shipping Information’ page for further info, then check your Shipping Confirmation email you received, this can often end up in your spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to track your order, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

Once you have placed an order on our store, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to us within a timely manner.

We currently do not have any physical stores at this stage. However, we have multiple distributors who currently operate physical warehouses in Australia.
